Remediate, Reciprocate, Regenerate celebrates ecological restoration processes as not just a technical tool, but a spectacle that can engage the public. My design retains some of the remnant asphalt in the former parking lot as a fire break, and introduces prescribed burns to the site. 

Over time through continued maintenance, fire adapted species would proliferate on site, rebuilding soil over time and creating a unique public space.
